Availability

Although we generally have most items in stock, should the item ordered be temporarily out of stock you will be notified via email of the estimated date of arrival.

We do not charge tax on orders shipped outside of Florida.  Florida customers are subject to local tax charges.

Shipping

We offer Free Shipping for the lower 48 States only.  Should you live outside of this area please contact us for a shipping quote.

The Mantel Factory offers Free Shipping on the majority of our Electric Fireplace lines.

We are dedicated in assuring that you are happy with your electric fireplace selection.  When receiving your fireplace please inspect it in the rare case that there are imperfections.  We will promptly ship another unit if there are any damages.

Orders are shipped by ground freight carriers.

Allow 7 - 8 business days after your order has been processed for delivery.

The freight terminal will call you to arrange a delivery time.  You may need assistance moving the freight from the delivery truck to your home.

Tracking

You will be notified by email when your order ships.  At this time, you will be given a tracking number for your shipment.

You can track your package either online or by telephone with the carrier: most companies will be able to give you and estimated delivery date.  If you experience any difficulties in tracking your order, please contact us by phone.

Damages

In the event of having to make a claim, it is very important that you open and inspect the package at the time of delivery to ensure the product you received is free of any damage.  You have 24 hours to make a claim on damaged items.

If the product appears to be damaged, please clearly indicate this by writing, "PRODUCT IS DAMAGED" on the sheet you will be asked to sign.  Otherwise the item or its damaged parts will not be replaced.

NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there is no notation on the Freight Bill of Lading/Acceptance Log.  If you are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery, make a notation on the lading that there appears to be some damage to the contents and that you were not able to inspect the contents before signing.  You then have 24 hours to initiate a damage claim with us.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase the Mantel Factory will refund your purchase price.  For all products labeled "Free Shipping" your refund will be reduced by actual shipping cost to and from our warehouse.  Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has shipped or refusal at time of delivery.

Simply call or email us for a return authorization number and return the item in its original unwrapped package.  Incoming and Outgoing shipping charge and 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
